Sarah Barber is the visionary Founding and Managing Partner of Jenson Ventures, driving early-stage businesses to realise their potential. With a background in chartered accountancy from Deloitte, Sarah has been instrumental in achieving B Corp status and launching our SEIS Fund in 2012.

Jeffrey Faustin, Managing Partner and CIO, has over a decade of experience in venture capital. He oversees the entire investment management process and works closely with high-growth technology companies, championing underrepresented founders.

Following a successful career in central Government, Steve moved into the telecoms industry, a sector where he now has more than 25 years of experience.  Steve is now an Advisor to rural broadband company Voneus, having founded the company and acting as its CEO for 13 years.  Voneus is the champion of gigabit broadband for rural communities and alongside its extensive fibre to the premises network is the leading provider of gigabit wireless broadband infrastructure for poorly connected or difficult to reach communities across the whole of the UK.
 
In addition to his advisory role at Voneus, Steve is also an Amassador for Zapgo, a company which he also co-founded, and a new entrant EV charge point operator with a focus on destination charging locations, also in rural and semi-rural locations.
 
Prior to working at Voneus, Steve co-founded Keycom Plc in 2000, a company specialising in the delivery of voice and internet services to the UK’s tertiary education sector. Here he held the role of Sales and Marketing Director for four years before becoming involved in other online start-ups.

Before transitioning to the telecommunications industry, Steve had a successful Government career, culminating in the role of Head of Communications Sponsorship at the Department of Trade and Industry.

Katie Henry, Operations Manager and Dealflow Guru since 2014, ensures the smooth functioning of Jenson’s daily operations. She plays a significant role in deal sourcing, due diligence, and broadening access to venture capital funding.

Cesar joined Jenson in 2020, specialising in strategy and development. He has played a critical role in launching new funds, particularly the Aurora I Fund, and brings extensive experience in tax-efficient products and fund management.

Kevin Keppler, Finance Officer, combines financial acumen and IT expertise to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline administrative processes. His career began in IT before transitioning to accounting, contributing to Jenson’s success.

Jackie Richbell, Investor Relations Manager, is dedicated to fostering connections with investors and IFAs. Since joining Jenson in 2013, she has ensured compliance and efficient fund administration.

Victoria Powell, Marketing Manager, has been with Jenson since inception. She oversees content creation, website management, and supports the founder community, enhancing access to venture capital funding.
